You must pass only one exam – C_TB1200_88.
The SAP certification system does not require from you any other certifications for the next level, so you do not need any prerequisites for this exam.

Format of the Exam

On the exam you must answer 80 computer-based questions and you have 180 minutes for that.

Where You Can Pass the SAP Certified Application Associate Exam?

You have two options for passing the Business One exam. First, SAP Education center. Second, the nearest Pearson VUE examination center.

You do not need any connection with any SAP customer or partner. In both cases (Education Center or Pearson VUE) you must apply for the S-User ID (SAP Service Marketplace) or if you are an internal employee, you need I, D or C-user ID.

If you do not have S-User ID you must register on the SAP website. You need for that customer number or SAP Business One 8.8 installation number.

You can also, register your company as a SAP partner and then call your country SAP office and ask for creation of S-User ID.

How Much Does the SAP Certified Application Associate Exam Cost?

In the SAP education center the cost can be different in each country. For example in USA, the SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Business One exam costs $500. In United Kingdom $350 and so on.

In a Pearson VUE center a cost of the exam is constant and it is equal to $200 – $230 plus taxes.

Recertification

SAP Certified Application Associate is valid as long as new two versions of the Business One product will release. For example you have a certification for Business One 8.8 and the next versions will be 9 and 10, the certification will be still valid. SAP will inform you when your certification will be outdated.
